Tracking your Accomplishments

Today's video is about learning how to track your accomplishments (and tricking your brain into thinking you're productive.)

Liz is one half of SHe's founding team, in charge of business, audio/video, and managing webpages. Liz has a degree in sociology and a brain full of cartoons. She can be found regularly fangirling over TV shows, podcasts and comedians. Also, talking about nothing at great lengths.

  1. I really need to do a list. Maybe even make one for "the usuals" with blank spots for newer items that don't recur so often.
Also, Mariko at Gamerwife did a review for Habit RPG which lets get "achievements" for checking off you mundane tasks as well as new ones. It's kind of fun Since your little avatar levels up too!

Such great advice. I make a note of all the big things (traveling) but I need to break it down into what things I do throughout the day. I know that would be a huge help for me. Thanks for all of the great advice.
